GENERAL

• Santos Mahogany flooring throughout except for bathrooms and bedrooms
• Crown molding and 6” baseboards throughout
• Coffered the ceiling in the living, dining and master bedroom
• New paint throughout
• All new double pane windows throughout and detachable valances that 
  match door trims
• All new light fixtures: interior and exterior
• Replaced radiant ceiling heat with energy efficient heat /cooling pump
• Plantation shutters in both bedrooms, Silhouette window shades in 
  living room/dining room
• All new solid wood paneled doors and trim, easy open lever handles and 
  electronic front door lock
• Changed all wiring to copper throughout added internet and cable/TV wiring
• Screened in the open part of the patio and added cat door from living room 
  to patio
• Replaced hot water heater with low-boy to add storage shelves.
• Added private spa

STRUCTURAL

• Expanded the entry way by relocating the bedroom doors
• Rotated the new hi-efficiency washer/ dryer around the corner adjacent 
  to the cleaning closet and vented the dryer to the outside
• Added valet pole in washer/dryer closet
• Cleaning closet created by removing tub from guest and replacing it with 
  a walk-in shower
• Extended wall between kitchen and living room

KITCHEN

• Expanded the area of the kitchen and replaced the peninsula with a cherry 
  topped island
• All new stainless steel appliances and an induction cook top
• All new cherry cabinets with Häfele Magic Corner unit
• Cabinets with glass fronts have in cabinet lighting
• Added pantry cabinet to increase storage
• Under sink separate garbage and recycling containers
• Bellagio granite countertops in both kitchen and dining room
• Under cabinet lighting and warm light LED cans in the ceiling
• Placed outlets under cabinets so that the glass tile would not look cluttered 
  with exposed outlets
• Filtered instant hot and cold water

GUEST BATHROOM

• Replaced tub with glass tiled walk-in shower 
• New polished slate flooring
• New vanity with granite top
• New Toto toilet with slow closing lid

MASTERBATH

• New larger two sink vanity with Rosa Damascus marble top
• Replaced the corner shower with a walk-in doorless shower with temperature 
  regulating valve and hand shower head and a deep soaking tub with special 
  selection Crema Marfil marble walls with Jerusalem hand chipped stone accent
• Rojo Alicante marble flooring throughout including the shower
• New Toto toilet with slow closing lid
• Cedar flooring in master closet
• Inset surface-mounted medicine cabinets
